Shipping Policy

Roundel offers free Standard Shipping with UPS within the EU for orders at or above 39€ and a flat rate of 10€ for orders below 39€. Under normal courier operating conditions, the first delivery attempt usually (90% of the times) takes place within 3 working days from date that the initial order is placed if it does not involve a weekend and up to five days if it includes a weekend or outside Spain but within the EU space. The aforementioned delivery times are an approximation since they are subject to many external factors included, but not limited to:: weather, COVID restrictions, Industrial Actions, national festivities... Therefore, Roundel always reserves the right to choose any alternative shipping method to optimize either changing courier terms and conditions, costs, or shipping times. Roundel does not ship outside the EU.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
